The total area for development is 3,40,131 square meters for Surat MMTH railway station and 7,38,088 square meters for Udhna railway station. The built up area (BUA) for the station estate development is approximately 4,65,000 square meters and 37,175 square meters for Surat MMTH railway station and Udhna railway station respectively. The indicative cost of redevelopment of Surat and Udhna railway station is Rs 1285 crore over a time frame of four years.
