So let’s know today a special recipe of Bread Bhature …


Refined flour – 2 cups
Semolina – table spoon
8 bread slices
Salt – as per taste
Curd – 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Oil – Minor wise

Method of making

First of all, remove the brown colored part of the four sides of the bread slices, and grind the white part of the bread slices with a mixie. Now put the bread powder in a bowl and add maida, cumin, semolina, salt, curd and mix it well.

Now add some water and knead the dough. Now cover the dough and keep it aside for a while. Now put oil in a pan and heat it, now break the dough from the dough and make small balls. After this, take the dough of dough and roll it like bread, pour it in hot oil and on a low flame, fry the bhatura from both the sides and take it out in a plate and keep it aside. Similarly, make all the bhaturas. And taste them with fun.
