Daily Food Recipe: Pizza made from left over rotis at home, the easiest way


In today’s world, most people love pizza, whether they are kids or adults. So today we are going to tell you about making homemade pizza. Actually, there will be neither flour nor frozen food in this pizza, nor will you need much effort to make it. By the way, it can be easily prepared from the leftover rotis of the night. Ingredients to make Pizza – 1/2 tsp Butter – 1 bread left over from the night – 6 slices Jalapeo – 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese – 4 tsp Pizza sauce – Some Spinach chopped – Few slices Capsicum and Onion – 10 Chopped Olives – 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp Mix Herbs

How to make – First, put half a teaspoon of butter in the pan and heat the pan. Now put the remaining night roti in this pan and heat it lightly. Now after that turn off the gas. Now use a little thick bread to make pizza, otherwise it may burn from below while making pizza. Add 4 spoons of pizza sauce to this bread and if there is no pizza sauce then use tomato sauce. Now add onion and capsicum slices, chopped olive pieces, spinach, jalapeo slices and mozzarella cheese and pour it on top. If you want, you can also use chili, paneer or corn etc. Now garnish it with chili flakes and mix herbs on top and burn the tawa again. Then cover the roti pizza with a lid and cook it well on the pan till the cheese melts well. However, if you are using a microwave, bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Take your Desi Roti Pizza is ready.
