– Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
-Dhaniya powder- 1 teaspoon
-Haldi – 1 teaspoon
– Coriander – 1 small bowl
– Lemon juice – As per need
Salt – as per taste
-Oil- 1 bowl
– Tomato paste – 1 small bowl
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
-Cinnamon – 2 piece
-Water-1 Glass

Method

To make green apple vegetable, first wash the apple well and cut it into small pieces and keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin and lentil sugar to it. Now mix the tomato puree in the pan and make the flame of the gas medium. After roasting the tomatoes for 5 minutes, add all the spices.

If you want to make the green apple vegetable a little sour, then you can also add lemon juice to it. Fry the spices till it starts leaving the oil. After the spices are well roasted, mix a glass of water in it and put the chopped apples in the pan and let it cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, covered. Garnish the vegetable with green coriander when it is cooked.
