Sour yogurt – 1 cup
-Besan- 2 teaspoons
-Other – 1 small piece
– Green chili – 2
-Oil- 2 teaspoons
Methi – 1/2 teaspoon
– mustard – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
-Hing – 1/4 teaspoon
Dry red chilli – 3
– Curry leaves – 10
-Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Salt – as per taste
– Mango puree – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Methi – 1/4 teaspoon
– mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin – 1/4 teaspoon
– Red chili – 4
– Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon

The way to create is as follows…

First of all, grind gram flour, curd, ginger and green chillies in a blender and grind it well. While making the solution, there are no lumps in it. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek, mustard, cumin and asafoetida. Add curry leaves and red chillies too. Now add yogurt solution to the pan.

Also mix three cups of water, turmeric powder, salt and mango puree. Allow the kadhi to come to a boil and then reduce the flame and cook it while stirring for 20-25 minutes. When the curry becomes thick, turn off the gas. Heat the ghee in a small pan for tempering.

Add fenugreek, mustard, cumin and dry red chilli to it. When the cumin seeds are roasted, turn off the gas and add red chili powder to the hot ghee and add the tempering to the kadhi. Take your Gujarati Mango Kadhi ready. Now you can test it.
