-1 cup leftover rice
-5 tsp flour
– three spoons curd
– half cup sugar
-1/4 cup water
-1/4 tsp baking powder

-a little food color
– piping bags for making jab

The method of making is as follows….

First of all, grind rice and two spoons of water in a blender and grind it. Now mix baking powder and maida in such a way that the lumps do not remain. Add yogurt and add natural orange food colour. Add perfect consistency to the battery by adding maida or curd.

Make a wire syrup in a pan and let it cool. Now fill the batter by piercing a piping bag or cloth and deep fry the jalebis in hot oil. After frying the jalebis well, now let it soak in the syrup for 1 minute. Take your tasty jalebi is ready. Now serve hot with kachori or samosas.
