IND vs ENG: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Indian team for the five-match T20 series against England to be played next month. For this series, for the first time, Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan and Rahul Tewatiya got a chance in the team. Also, mystery spinner Varun Chakraborty has also returned to the team. All of them have received the prize for outstanding performance in IPL 2020 and domestic cricket.
For a long time, former cricketers and fans were advocating to give Suryakumar Yadav a chance in the Indian team. When Suryakumar Yadav was not included in Team India on the tour of Australia despite performing brilliantly in IPL 2020, the fans and former cricketers expressed displeasure. But now Suryakumar Yadav has been included in the team for the T20 series against England. Fans are very happy with this. Also, Harbhajan Singh and Irfan Pathan have also expressed happiness over the selection of Suryakumar Yadav and Ishaan Kishan in Team India.
