-Makhana-1 cup, Chakka curd-2 cup, finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp, black pepper powder – 1 tsp, roasted cumin powder – half a tsp, rock salt – according to taste, ghee – 1 tbsp.

How to make Makhana Raita is as follows…

To make Makhana Raita, first heat ghee in a pan on low flame. Add makhana to it and fry it for 2 minutes while stirring and make it crispy. Put curd and 2 cups of water in a mixer and beat it well. Now mix roasted makhana and salt and keep it in the fridge to cool for 2 hours.

Till then the makhanas will absorb some of the water. Serve makhana raita by adding roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and chopped coriander. Take your makhana raita is ready. Now with this you can break your fast.
