Must eat peas parathas in cold, very easy to make

Eating parathas in cold weather is a fun in itself. When it comes to paratha, it is made of peas, cauliflower, radish, cauliflower, potato and many more. Well, today we are going to tell you how you can make Matar Ke Paratha. Make spicy paranthas of peas in the cold, which will be liked by all. On the other hand, you can eat spicy peas paratha with curd, green coriander chutney, green chili pickle, potato tomato vegetable or sauce.

1 cup green peas
three cups wheat flour
One onion (finely chopped)
Two green chilies (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
oil for frying

To make the filling, first soak the peas in water overnight in a vessel. Then the next morning put water in a pressure cooker on medium flame and boil the peas for one whistle and switch off the flame. Now put oil in a pan on medium heat and keep it for heating. Then add onion and green chili and fry it as soon as the oil is hot. Then add salt, garam masala and red chili powder as soon as the onions are lightly fried. Now mash the peas well while stirring. Then add green coriander from above and mix and turn off the gas.

To make paratha: Knead the dough with hot water after adding ghee and salt to the flour. Then break the small dough and roll it into round shape. Now place the filling in the center of the bread. Now make another roti and place it on top of the filling and close the bread from all sides. Then put a frying pan on medium heat to heat. Now put bread in it and bake it from both the sides as soon as the pan becomes hot. Then after adding a little oil, bake the paratha from both the sides and turn off the gas. Spicy green peas parathas are ready.
