Ingredients for Raw Banana Tikki

Raw Banana – 6, Water chestnut / Buckwheat flour – 2 tsp, Green chilli – 4 finely chopped, Coriander powder – 1 tsp, Garam masala – tsp, Black pepper powder – tsp, – Lemon juice – 1 tbsp Green Coriander – finely chopped, Rock salt – as per taste, Ghee – for frying the tikkis.

To make Raw Banana Tikki, first wash the bananas well and then put them in the cooker and boil them. After boiling the bananas, you leave them to cool. When the bananas cool down, peel them one by one and mash them well. After the banana is mashed well, add water chestnut flour, rock salt, green coriander, black pepper powder, green chili and garam masala and knead the dough well.

Now water should not be used in it. Keep the dough covered. After 15 minutes make dough tikkis. After this, heat ghee in a pan and put three or four tikkis in the pan at a time.

When the tikkis turn brown from one side, flip them over and cook them from the other side. Fry all the tikkis like this. Now all your tikkis are ready. Now enjoy your hot tikkis.
