New record of strength made in the stock market for the second consecutive day

New Delhi. For the Indian stock market, the second trading day of the week is seen as a day of volatility. The stock market today set a new record for the second consecutive day. But due to the sell-off that followed, the market also weakened. Because of which the stock market continued to trade in the red mark for some time. Bombay Stock Exchange’s (BSE) Sensex and National Stock Exchange’s (NSE) Nifty made all-time high records in the next ten minutes after opening today.

The Sensex opened at the level of 56,995.15 with the strength of 105.39 points today. On the other hand, Nifty started trading today with a strength of 16.45 points from the level of 16,947.50 points. In the next ten minutes, the Sensex jumped 235.02 on the strength of sharp buying, reaching the level of 57,124.78 points and set a new record of all-time high. With this, the Sensex was successful in crossing the psychological barrier of 57 thousand for the first time. Similarly, the Nifty set a new record of strength by reaching the level of 16,995.55, showing a rise of 64.50 points.

Earlier, on the last trading day i.e. on Monday, the Sensex showed a new record with a strength of 765.04 points and ended the day’s trading at 56,889.76 points. On the other hand, Nifty also closed at 16,931.05 with a gain of 225.85 points, setting a new record.

Today the stock market has been fluctuating continuously since the beginning of trading. Both the Sensex and Nifty indices fell in the red mark in half an hour of trading under selling pressure after making a strong record today. Sensex jumped 265.68 points from today’s top level to reach the level of 56,859.10 points. At the same time, Nifty also slipped 79.70 points from the top level to reach the level of 16,915.85. But the buying started after that gave impetus to both the Sensex and Nifty indices. Due to which the Sensex was trading at a level of 57,063.32 points with a gain of 173.56 points at 10.45 pm after one and a half hours of trading today. Similarly, the Nifty was trading at a level of 16,979.50 with a gain of 48.45 points at 10.45 am.

Today the stock market had a strong start in the pre-opening session as well. The Sensex opened at 57,123.28 points, up 0.41 per cent, up 233.52 points. At the same time, in the pre-opening session, the Nifty was trading at a level of 16,991.80, up by 60.80 points with a gain of 0.36 percent.
