According to the website of Indian Oil, the price of petrol in the four metros of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata has increased to Rs 81.59, Rs 88.29, Rs 84.64 and Rs 83.15 per liter respectively. The price of diesel has also increased to Rs 71.41, Rs 77.90, Rs 76.88 and Rs 74.98 per liter respectively.
Petrol and diesel prices in other major cities
Apart from the four metros, petrol is available in Noida at Rs 82.04, Ranchi at Rs 81.17, Lucknow at Rs 81.96 and Patna at Rs 84.20 per liter. Talking about diesel, diesel is being sold for Rs 71.86 in Noida, Rs 75.60 in Ranchi, Rs 71.80 in Lucknow and Rs 76.94 per liter in Patna.
Brent crude crosses $ 45 in international market
