Petrol-diesel became costlier for the fourth consecutive day, in Delhi diesel exceeds 92

New Delhi. Public sector oil marketing companies have increased the prices of petrol and diesel for the fourth consecutive day. Oil companies have increased the price of diesel by 35 paise per liter, while petrol has been made costlier by 30 paise per liter. In the capital Delhi, the price of petrol went up to Rs 103.54 per liter on Friday, while diesel is also available at Rs 92.12 per liter.

According to the website of Indian Oil, petrol prices in other metros of the country, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata have increased to Rs 109.54, Rs 101.01 and Rs 104.23 per liter respectively. At the same time, the prices of diesel have also jumped to Rs 99.92, Rs 96.60 and Rs 95.23 per liter respectively. It is worth noting that in the last 11 days, petrol has become costlier by Rs 2.35 per liter, while diesel has become costlier by Rs 3.50 per liter in 13 days.

It is noteworthy that the price of crude oil is increasing continuously in the international market. At present, the price of Brent crude has reached above $ 82 per barrel.
