The way to make pineapple sauce is as follows…
To make Pineapple Chutney, first take a bowl and add one and a half glass of water with chopped Pineapple and boil the Pineapple for 15 minutes. You boil the pineapple until it boils well and becomes soft.
In the second pan, add gram lentils, urad dal, and fenugreek and fry it on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. You have to fry it until it turns light brown. Add dry red chilli and fry it again for 2 minutes. Allow all the prepared mixture in the pan to cool slightly. When it cools down, put it in the mixer jar. Add dry and fresh grated coconut powder to it as well.
Add tamarind water and grind it well to make a thin paste. Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Heat it up. When the oil is hot, add asafoetida, mustard, curry leaves and apply tempering. Pour the prepared mixture into the mixer jar and mix well with a spoon. Add a little water and cook this entire mixture in a medium flame for two to 3 minutes.
Add pre-cooked pineapple to the prepared mixture in the pan and mix it well. Then cook it a little bit together for 2 to 3 minutes. Take pineapple chutney as ready. Now you can test it.
