Curd – two cups
Mint leaves – half cup
Cucumber – half
Roasted cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – as per taste
Plain salt – as per taste
First wash and peel the cucumber. Now grate it.
At the same time, clean the mint leaves and chop them finely.
Now make a paste of some mint leaves in a grinder jar.
