Recipe: Have you tasted sour-sweet chili pickle, here’s an easy way to make it

Green chili – 250 grams
Sesame oil – quarter cup
Cumin powder – 1/4 cup
Coriander powder – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/4 cup
Vinegar – half cup
Jaggery – half cup

Method of making:

First wash and cut the chilies from the middle.
Now add vinegar to the jaggery in a pan and melt it on medium heat.
– Put oil in another pan and fry the chilies lightly in it.
Now add cumin, coriander and salt to it.
Now put jaggery syrup in it and let it cook till it boils.
After cooking, switch off the gas.
In this way your sweet and sour pickle of delicious pepper is prepared at home.
