Bread – Four Pieces
Curd – quarter cup
Onion – two
Cucumber – One
Black pepper powder – चौथाई teaspoon
Boora – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Method of preparation:
– Mix all the spices in the curd in a vessel.
Now mix vegetables, cabbage, capsicum, carrots etc. and keep it in the fridge for some time.
– Now cut the bread into triangular shape.
Now take a piece of bread and put a mixture on it and cover it with a piece of other bread. In this way the curd is prepared by making sandwiches. You can eat it with tomato or green chilli sauce.
