Ghee – two tablespoons
Cashew and almonds – two tablespoons coarsely ground
Mawa – half cup
Cardamom – two coarsely ground
A cup of sugar
Ghee – a big cup
Cashew and Badal – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Small cardamom – one to two
First of all, make one and a half cups of water and one cup of sugar syrup in a pan. Add cardamom to it as well.
Now add ghee and water to the flour and knead it.
After this, fry the mawa until it becomes golden. After adding ground cashew nuts and almonds, add sugar and half cardamom powder.
– Make flour dough balls filled with mawa and close it from all sides. Now press it with the palms and spread it a little bit.
Now fry the kachoris till they turn golden brown. Later, dip them in sugar syrup and take them out. In this way your shortbread will be prepared. Now you can put dry chopped nuts on them.
