Green peas – 01 bowl
– Maida – 1/3 cup
Roasted cumin – 01 tsp
Green chili – 03 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder – 01 tsp

Black salt – 1/2 tsp
-bread powder – as required
Oil – for frying
-Salt – as per taste

First of all, put banana, peas and flour in a big bowl and mash it well. Add all the spices to it and mix well. Make small balls from the mixture. Flatten it with the help of the palm and fill it in the mold and mold it into the desired shape. Wrap it well in bread crumbs.

Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, fry the cutlets on low flame till they turn light brown. Remove them on a tissue paper so that the oil gets absorbed. Take your banana cutlet is ready. Now you can taste them with sauce or chutney.
