Materials required:
Two cups of raw papaya
A quarter cup ripe papaya
A cup of cream
One teaspoon lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
A teaspoon butter
A cup of onion
Two cups vegetable stock
Salt as required

Method of preparation: First put butter in a pan on medium heat and heat it. Now add papaya and onion and fry it lightly. Now put vegetable stock in it. After the papaya softens, turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool. Now put the mixture in the mixie and make a paste.
