-Haldi – 1 teaspoon
– Mirch powder – 2 teaspoons

-Imli chutney- 1/4 cup
– Ginger – handful
-Save-Handful
– Chopped slices – 3 tablespoons
– Tomato chopped – 3 tablespoons
– Chat masala (optional) – a pinch

Method of making

To make crispy bhindi chaat, first wash and wipe the ladyfingers. Then cut it lengthwise and remove its seeds and mix all the spices and mix it well. Now heat the oil and sprinkle a little water to mix the masala.
