Potatoes: Potatoes contain carbohydrates and vitamin C, which maintain the overall health of the skin. Along with the skin, potato peels are also good for the hair. Grind potato peels and mix 1 tablespoon water in it and then apply that paste on the hair. This will make the hair longer.
