Choumin noodles – 200 grams, onion (chopped) – 1 cup, carrot (chopped) – 1 cup, cabbage (chopped) – 1 cup, capsicum (chopped) – 1 cup, garlic garlic (chopped) – 3-4, Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsp, Green Chili Sauce – 1 Tbsp, Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 Tbsp, Sugar – 1/2 Tablespoon, Black Pepper, Powder – 1 Tablespoon, Salt – As per taste, Oil – As per need

The way to create is as follows…

To make veg choumin, first boil the choumin by adding water, salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in a vessel on medium heat. On the other side, heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add garlic to it and fry it lightly. Now add onion, carrot and capsicum and cook it lightly.

After the onion is roasted, mix soy sauce, green chili sauce and tomato ketchup in it. Now mix black pepper powder, sugar and salt in it and cook for 2 minutes. Separate the chowmein from the water, add it to the spices and mix and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the gas after the scheduled time. Take your tasty and spicy veg choumin ready.
